Keys to Effective Low Barrier Emergency Shelter

This session will focus on effective practices to low barrier shelter and the important role low barrier shelters play in reducing unsheltered homelessness. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn about examples of low barrier shelters from other communities and explore their capacity to implement similar practices in the community.
