Intended Audience: Target Audience: Supervisory and Management Staff at CoC/YHDP Projects, including, Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH), Rapid Rehousing (RRH), Joint TH/RRH and Supportive Services only (Coordinated Entry, Outreach, YHDP). Content covered will be relevant to both Recipient and Subrecipient agency staff.
Description: This session will provide an overview of the key policies and administrative requirements for CoC grants. Topics covered will include: Equal Access, Board Participation by People with Lived Experience of Homelessness, Immigration Status, Non-Discrimination, Fair Housing, Reasonable Accommodations, Federal disability-related requirements, Limited English Proficiency requirements, Grievances, Participant Rights, Educational Rights & Policies, Violence Against Women Act (VAWA), Confidentiality, Drug-free workplace, Code of Conduct, Conflicts of Interest, CoC Written Standards, Written Intake Procedures, Rent Reasonableness Policies & Procedures, Record Keeping & Retention, Organization Chart, Job Descriptions, and Build America Buy America Act (BABA).
The training will be held virtually over Microsoft Teams.
