Housing Innovations will cover updates related to the FY25 Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO)\, anticipated changes in the federal FY26 budget and their implications for CoC projects\, and new HUD grant agreement terms that may affect compliance and operations. Participants will also explore strategies for managing uncertainty\, including financial planning and scenario analysis\, and learn techniques for trauma-informed communication during times of stress.
