DESCRIPTION:The RICoC will continue offering training and technical assistance this fall with a new Community of Practice (CoP) for case managers and their supervisors. The CoP builds on the foundation of our Fundamentals of Case Management training series\, which wrapped up in September. You can access the recordings and materials here. Prior attendance at the training series is not required to participate. \nThe CoP will bring together direct service workers and managers every two weeks to review challenging cases\, share strategies\, and identify resources to support one another in this work.
