DESCRIPTION:The Funding Committee works with the Collaborative Applicant to design and implement a consolidated application process for Rhode Island programs and projects seeking Continuum of Care funding. The Committee reviews and evaluates the performance of recipients of CoC funding and recommends actions to be taken against poor performers. This could include frontline staff\, project managers\, and fiscal office staff who document or review employee time and activities. \nDescription:\nThis session will cover the requirements for employee time tracking and billing for CoC and ESG projects. The trainers will review the federal requirements for tracking and documenting staff time and common monitoring findings.
