Continuum of Care Program: Annual Performance Report (APR) Requirements and Uses

Intended Audience: Current and future recipient and subrecipient agencies of CoC Program projects who are responsible for data collection, compilation, and submission of the Annual Performance Report (APR) for a CoC Program project.
Description: During this session, attendees will learn about HUD requirements for completing and submitting the required Annual Performance Report (APR) for a CoC Program project. Attendees will learn about the data sources, key data elements, and how and when to submit the APR. Staff will also review best practices for ensuring accurate and quality data is available to the project and CoC about CoC Program projects.
The training will be held virtually over Microsoft Teams.
