E-SNAPS Training for Transition Grants

In this session, individuals will learn how to submit a CoC Transition Grant in E-SNAPS. A Transition Application allows an existing CoC grant to change components (i.e., shift from PSH or RRH to TH or SSO) during the course of the next program year. These applications will be considered new project applications.
