HMIS and System Performance Measures Committee Meeting

The HMIS Committee plays a key role in developing performance measures and goals to evaluate Rhode Island’s overall success in ending homelessness in the State using HUD guidance. The HMIS Committee creates and updates, as needed, a privacy plan, security plan, and data quality plan for the HMIS, as well as all other policies and procedures required by regulations and notices issued by HUD.
