Description: This session will focus on practices for supporting households with high service needs, such as those with extremely low or fixed incomes and those requiring behavioral health support. The training will include practices for creative problem solving, assessing acuity, caseload management, and establishing key partnerships.
The training will be held virtually over Microsoft Teams.
