Inspecting Units – HQS and NSPIRE

This training is open to all RICoC grantees operating CoC housing projects and will outline the requirements for inspecting CoC-funded units. Beginning October 1, 2026, CoC programs must comply with NSPIRE inspection standards, which differ from traditional HQS inspections. We encourage all grantees to attend and learn more about the requirements that must be in place by the October 1 compliance deadline.
